Description
Two layers of thin kunafa, including a large amount of whole pistachios, to which Arabic ghee is added and sweetened with syrup. It is distinguished by the way it is manufactured, such that the entire mold is compressed during cooking, so that the two layers of kunafa take on a delicious red color and take on a very beautiful shape when cut into small pieces. It is served on all occasions and holidays as part of a selection of luxurious Arabic sweets or individually.
